1) For stocked products, we can delivery the goods within one week after receiving the payment.
2) For ODM/OEM products, it will need 30day-45days after receiving the payment.

Full payment in advance by T/T.

1) For samples or trial order, EMS, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT can be provided.
2) For larger order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirements.

2) During the production, our professional quality control personnel will make a whole-process monitor, any problems found , we’ll modify at once to make sure the best quality.
Best after- sales service:
1)When receiving the goods, please inspect and calculate the breakage rate and defected products first, if the breakage rate and defected products exceed 3%, we will compensate the same quantity on the next order.
2) If the product is not the same as the samples sent to you before, please take photos and then we will
check it, if it's our mistake, we will accept the claims.
