BAg34CuZnIn Silver wire has a good quality of brazing, toughness in joint and no harm for the base metal.Despite of the rod, ring, plate wire, and the type of BAg34CuZnIn Silver wire includes the space wire. It is one of the Ag-Cu-Zn alloy solders. This kind of space wire has excellent process performance: low melting point, good wedding and ability to fill the gap, high mechanical strength, good ductility, well conductivity and corrosion resistance. It can be used for all black and nonferrous metals, such as stainless steel, carbide, diamond, etc. It is suited for various method of brazing. The indium element was added in to the solder, not only can reduce the silver content and material costs, but also it makes the melting point of product relatively lower. The ideal blazing joint will be got together use with the flux, and will not damage the base material.
