Introduction
Ningbo honey homogenization equipment and homogenizer mixer are multi-purpose compound emulsifying equipment with international advanced technology, its professional technique and manufacturing precision can approach international similar product.
Homogenizer machine is an efficient type machine with mixing, dispersion, breaking, dissolution, refinery, homogenization and emulsifying. The main parts are stators and rotors. Driven by motor, the rotor revolve quickly and produces a strong axial suction force which intakes the material to the chamber. Homogenizer machine shears, centrifugal press, break, fluid friction, turbulent homogenize mediums in the shortest time, the repeat of this process results in stable and high-quality products.
Homogenizer machine
can greatly simplify the traditional productions and upgrade the production efficiency and product quality. They are widely used in petrochemical, refinery chemistry, consumer chemicals, biology pharmaceutics, foods processing, papermaking, environmental protection, pain and so on.

Main technical data
-Capacity: Self-pumping throughputs of up to 130 T/H.
-No Bypassing: Product cannot bypass the precision rotor/stator work head.
-Work heads: Single stage rotor/stator configurations work heads as standard. For those applications that require greater shear, multistage configurations work head can be used. There are three stages rotors/stators available.
-Materials of Construction: SS304, SS316 and 316L. SS316 as standard.
-Motor Specification: normal type (Siemens, ABB Brand etc) as standard. Standard power supply: 3ph, 380V, 50Hz.
-Inlet and Outlet Connections: All sanitary clamp, thread and flange fittings are available on request. Clamp connection as standard.
-Sealing: Double-face water flushed mechanical shaft seals as standard. BGM Brand.
-Cleaning: suitable for cleaning in place (CIP and SIP).
-Jacket: Heating or Cooling jacket structure as optional with special requirements.
-Types: Bonve HEP is divided into two series which are FHM1 and FHM3 based on different numbers of rotor and stator. There is one set rotor and stator of FHM1 series while there are three sets rotors and stators of FHM3 series. FHM3 has much quicker, more efficient process. For those applications that require greater homogenizing and emulsifying, we recommend FHM3 series. Below are reference pictures and technical parameters.

6.4. After finishing production, we send you pump's photo for your reference and you make balance peyment.
