High quality Nickel Alloy flanges such as inconel 718 alloy coating flange, used in various industry like Chemical, Aerospace, Marine, Petrochemical, Energy, Nuclear, Automotive, Military, and so on.
Advantage: inconel 718 alloy coated steel part has advantage of economical price, good anti-corrosion wear-proof performance, long using-life.
Working principle: pre-heating carbon steel (for example steel AISI 4140) to about 400°C, and use super-alloy inconel 718 welding rod (wire) coat 2-4mm alloy on the carbon steel flange, pipe, fitting, after the steel is cool, lathe and polish the surface of the alloy coated part.
Our technology: Alloy surface coating technology (inconel 718 flange)is a composite technology of metallurgy for two kinds of different metals. We can make overlay welding on most carbon, low alloy, chrome moly, stainless steel and other steels with variety of corrosion resistant alloy including Inconel®, Incoloy®, Monel®, Hastelloy®, stainless steel and hard facing steels. Benefit from our advanced computer controlled welding stations, we offer very low dilution of alloy deposite. Real time video monitoring and recording system ensure perfect tie in and weld path.
