A:We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost,we can make samples according to your design.
Q2:What is your delivery time?
A:This depends on what kind of products you ordered. Like tubes,delivery time may within one week.Glass bottle’s delivery time will be longer.
Q3: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can do OEM products. Welcomed.
Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

Q5:What’s your payment term?
A:30% deposit in advance by T/T,balance 70% paid before delivery.
Q6:How about the shipping?
A:For small orders,we will send the goods by international Express like Fedex,DHL,TNT or UPS,usually it takes 3-5 work days to arrive.It is a little expensive.If the order quantity is large,we will ship by sea and arrival time depends on different regions.If urgent,you could select transport by Air,but freight charge will be more expensive.
