LH S-U1350 Commercial vehicle urea sensor without heating
LH S-U1350mm Commercial vehicle adblue Sensor, liquid freezes easily when the temperature below 0 degrees centigrade.This will affect the normal corporation of the SCR system.Hence,we would recommend the coil shape heating tube quickly melts the frozen liquid,allowing the SCR system to worknormally.
- In order to reduce harmful exhaust gas NOx emissions from diesel engines, the SCR (Selective catalytic reductioin) exhauxt treating technology was widely adopted and integrated in automotive manufacturers all over the world.
- SCR technology is based on the chemical reaction between the Adblue(Urea) liquid and NOx gas. Their chemical reactions result in N2& H20 which minizes pollution concerns.
- The urea level sensors have the below functions: high and low level indicator, coolant re-cycling for heating, temperature measurement, suction and return of urea solution, and impurities filtration. Additional features and solutions can be customized based on OEM and tank requirements.
