1.Inquiry: We wil supply professional and quickly quotation for you. we will give you quotation within 24 hours
2.Confirming: You need confirm the item, size, price, lead time, payment term, packing and so on.
3.PI: After we confirmed the order, we will send you Proforma Invoice and sales confirmation.
4.Deposit: You make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
5.Initial Production Stage: We'd like to confirm samples before production, after customer's confirmation, we start the big production. but We usually send samples picture or air express samples for customer confirmation, Samples cost and delivery cost will collect from customer, will refund into your order. After samples approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time.
6.Middle Production: Send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in. Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
7.End Production: Mass production products photos and inform customer to arrange the remaining payment.
8.Delivery: after we received all the payment, cargo can be arranged the delivery.
9.Finish: Untill customer receive all cargo safely and satisfied with the cargo, this order will be finished.
10.Feedback: We kindly inquiry your Feedback about Quality, Service, Market Feedback & Suggestion. We expect our long-term cooperation
Payment terms
Samples and samples order are wire transfer to our bank account, or paypal payment.
Order payment should be wire transfer to our company bank account, 50% payment before production, remaining payment before delivery.
For big order, are L/C at sight.
Delivery methods
Samples: weight are not more than 20 kgs are elivery by EMS, or post office. It takes 3-4 work days by EMS. for far area, it takes 4-5 workdays.
Samples order: weight are more than 20kgs, will be deliveryed by TNT or UPS, which are depends which are reasonable.
Order delivery: by sea or by air
Delivery times: 45 days more or less. which are depend on the products.
How to delivery and how long time to delivery which are also depend on the requirement of customers.
