Description:
Corn oil explosion-proof electric heater is composed of 4 explosion-proof electric heaters in series, due to the special physical characteristics of corn oil, it will be coked easily after heating, so we need control the heating density and the surface temperature of electric heating tube strictly. We use the measure of 4 explosion-proof electric heaters in series to reduce the heating density of electric heat pipe efficiently and ensure that the corn oil would not be coked.
Features:
This heater heat evently and the load of the electric heat pipe surface is low, in addition, it would not be coked. The shell of electric heater can use food grade stainless steel or carbon steel and the material of electric heater tube use 321.
Application:
The products are widely used in oil medium, such as corn oil, crude oil, heavy oil etc.,viscous medium with poor flow property and medium with big difference between import and export temperature.
Serial automatic constant temperature SCR voltage regulator cabinet:
Our factory produces Model YTFB automatic temperature controlled SCR voltage-regulating cabinet (referring to the voltage regulator thereinafter) which can be widely used in power plant,petroleum,oil exploitation,chemical industry,aerospace,offshore platform etc.It can heat various kinds of gases and liquids such as water coal gas,hydrogen,nitrogen,ate,crude oil,heating conducting oil,chloromethane etc.,and can make voltage regulation and constant temperature.
As the trigger control circuit (referring to the trigger thereinafter) adopting special integrated circuit and interlligence,it can obviously rise up stability and reliability of the voltage regulator.It has a serial of advantages of small volume, light weight,high efficient,long service
of life,flexible control, smooth regulating, good symmetric three phases and easy maintenance,especially the starting (operation) of the large power electric heater has no shock and fluctuation agains the power network in the factory area,and it has manual and automatic control function to measure and control temperature,digital setting,automatic lowering voltage to reach constant temperature finally therefore it is really the most ideal equipment in heating temperature control or voltage-lowered power supply devices.
