AUTOMATIC SOAP PACKING MACHINE
MODEL : AP SUPER SERVO 1
This is our most successful model for packing toilet soaps, laundry soaps, detergent soaps in plastic pouches. The maximum achievable speed of machine is 350 pieces per minute (depending upon the dimensions of soap).
It is a fully Automatic Machine with HMI controller along with motion sensors, temperature controllers for horizontal and vertical sealers.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE MACHINE:
1. Machine is equipped with touch screen controller for controlling different parameters.
2. Internal memory can save upto 300 different set parameters of different soap dimensions
3. No change over parts for different soap sizes
4. No Soap - No Fill Mechanism
5. Motion Sensors for better operation of machine
6. Simple design for ease of operation
7.Automatic one touch dwell adjustment for cutting knife
8. Adjustable guide bars for different width of soap
9. Servo motors from Siemens or Panasonic
10. Electrical parts from ABB or Schenider
11. All belts from Continental for better life.

Packing & Delivery
Standard Sea Worthy packing in wooden box which are well fumigated and with inner lining of thick plastic sheet. Boxes are easy to handle with crane and fork-lift.
Handling and Shipping Marks well described on the wooden boxes for ease to handling.
Shipping can be done within 2 weeks from confirmed Purchase order and payment.
