1. Mixing System
JS twin-shaft concrete mixer or JN planetary concrete mixer can be chose according to client;
Discharging height is 1.7-3.8(m);
Pneumatic/Hydraulic Control;
Easy replacing of wearing parts, such as liner plates.
2. Weighing System
Water weighing/ Cement weighing/ Additive Weighing/ Aggregate Weighing.
3. Lifting System
Normally Lifting hopper be used in mixing plant less than 90m3/h, and belt conveying system be used in mixing plant
for HZS90 and above.
4. Control System
PLC/Centralized Control with the emergency stop button and safety control key;
TV monitoring systems for batching machine, concrete mixer and discharging mouth are optional for clients.
5. Cement Screw Conveyor
Diameters of 219mm/273mm can be optional, with efficient motors ad precision reducer.
6. Cement system
Capacity of 50t, 100t, 150t and 200t are optional, with the cement smoke filter;
One-piece/Modular tank are optional.
7. Aggregate System
2/3/4 hoppers with belt conveyor, pneumatic discharging mode with independent/ cumulative weighting.
8. Additive System
High-lift additive pump and special corrosion-resistant pipes.
9. Pneumatic system
Reliable quality Chinese famous air compressor, oil-water separator with solenoid valve.

2. How many person are needed for the mixing plant?
It depends on the line and capacity of the mixing line, 2-3 workers will be enough to operate simplified mixing line, and over the 60m3/h line will need 4-5 people.
3. Will you help us to build the factory and install the machine?
Yes, our engineers will be sent to your site to help you for the installation.
