Description:

The working pinciple of the automatic rotary die cutting machine is to use die-cutting knives , blades , metal molds and steel wire , applying some pressure on the printed materials or cardboard by embossing version , to roll cut to shape .
Main process of die-cutting : Adjust the pressure on the plate——Determine the rules——Paste substrate materials ——Test pressure die-cutting ——Official die-cutting——Stripping——Finished rewinding or cut sheets into pieces——Points packaging

Features:

Paper feeding unit
1. Automatic adsorption lead edge feeding cardboard, the feeding speed reaches to more than 160pcs/min with the die cutting precision of ±0.75mm.
2. The phase position of the automatic rotary die cutting machine is electrical adjusted by planetary gear, it's able to adjust when starting up and shutting down.
3. The front panel is manual adjusted while the side panel is adjusted by electrical automatically.
4. The paper transmission roll equipped with a rubber surface to prevent crushing the cardboard, and improve the transmission accuracy.
Die cutting unit
1. The slotting, corner cutting, creasing and punching will be accomplished in one time.
2. The main structure and frame is made of high quality cast iron, with the thickness of 50mm.
3. The die cutting roller of the automatic rotary die cutting machine is made of the high quality steel with the thickness of 30mm, and chrome plated, as well balance adjustment.
4. Die cutting roller cylinder type auto separation unit can increase wear of rubber sleeve.
5. Mechanical soft roll is able to lateral movement for 40mm, to make the rubber wear evenly.
6. The soft roller auto self grinding unit improves the usage of rubber sleeve, 3 or 4 times grinding and re-use is available.
7. Automatic compensation of linear velocity can guarantee that die-cutting size for each batch of cartons is in full accord.
8. America imported polyurethane rubber is easy and convenient to install and has a long lifetime, able to die cutting for 12 million times.
9. The transmission gear is made of high quality steel with the treatment of accurate grinding, has the advantage of low noise and long lifetime.
