Features 

  • The semi-auto series of chain feeding rotary die-cutting machine, is widely apply to the die cutting of corrugated cardboard packaging and color box packaging includes some various special-shaped packaging.
  • High efficiency, high die-cutting accuracy, energy saving and safety are the advantages of this machine.
  • This is the third generation of rotary die-cutting machine, equipped with imported of polyurethane felt, guarantee a long life time up to 10 million times
  • Automatic compensation of linear velocity can guarantee that die-cutting size for each batch of cartons is in full accord even if the polyurethane felt is worn-out.
  • The feeding system equipped with linkage self-lock device, which are convenient for the workers' operation.
  • The slotting, corner cutting, creasing and punching will be accomplished in a lump.
  • The main structure and frame is made of high quality cast iron.
  • The die cutting roller is made of the high quality steel with the thickness of 30mm, and chrome plated, as well balance adjustment.
  • Die cutting roller cylinder type auto separation unit can increase wear of rubber sleeve.
  • Mechanical soft roll is able to lateral movement for 40mm, to make the rubber wear evenly. 
  • The soft roller auto self grinding unit improves the usage of rubber sleeve, 3 or 4 times grinding and re-use is available.
  • The transmission gear is made of high quality steel with the treatment of accurate grinding, has the advantage of low noise and long lifetime.
