2. How many person are needed for the mixing plant?
It depends on the line and capacity of the mixing line, 2-3 workers will be enough to operate simplified mixing line, and over the 60m3/h line will need 4-5 people.
3. Will you help us to build the factory and install the machine?

5. Where is your factory?
Our factory is located in Zhengzhou city which is the capital of Henan province, China. It is very convenient for you to visit here, no mater you come here by train or by air.
6. Do you have any certifications of your machine?
Yes, ISO and CE certified
1- Checking before each operation
a). if you have put the machine level and steady, if the 4 legs fixed, and if the bolt bars have been fixed tightly.
b). check the tight extent of the triangle belt, and put the operation shaft of the cutting-speed box neutral
c). If the operation without material is normal
2- Safe operating and cautions
a). every time when adding material, shouldn’t overpass the prescribed amount
b). for avoiding pasting the drum, the order should be: aggregate-cement- grit, or girt-cement-aggregate
c). In the course of mixing, should add water in time, for cutting the mixing time and avoiding the flying of the dust.
d). No person should be allowed to stand or pass below the material container when it’s lifted. If you must repair something bellow the material container, you should lift it and stop it in a certain position and pull it with safe support shaft.
e). Non-operation persons shouldn’t move the operation shaft or operate the machine.
f). When the mixer is dragging, the material container should be lifted to the up top position, and hook the safe chain. The dragging speed should not overpass 20km/hour.
g). In the course of operating, the grit etc. should not drop to the operation part avoiding jamming any operating part and break it.
