Marine lubricant ---   synthetic refrigerator oil 4521

 

SINOPEC  synthetic refrigerator oil 4521 is prepared by blending of synthesized oil as base stock, with various wel-chosen functional additives..

 

 

Advantages:

 

* very limited miscibility with ammonia, to minimize the oil content in system and keep a better heat-transfer performance

* better fluidity under lower temperature, higher anti-oxidation property and thermal/chemical stability and good compatibility with insulation and sealing materials to extend the life of use

* an acid-free additive package prevent the generation of fatty acid ammonium salt and forming of gum, varnish film and oil sludge, and thereby improve the equipment reliability and efficiency

* excellent performance at extreme temperatures to ensure normal operation of the system in wide temperature range.

 

Applications

* The oil is suitable to be used for lubrication of various refrigeration compressors using freon or ammonia as agent.

* While for the freon refrigerator, the temperature ranged between -60 ºC-150 ºC, even up to 170  ºC in a short term.
