AG-2400 automatic folder gluer consists of automatic feeding section, gluing and folding section and counting and stacking section. Touch screen input. The normal speed is 120 sheets/min.; and max. speed is 160 sheets/min.
Details:
1) feeding section
1. suction belt front edge feeding, accurate and reliable;
2. high quality electromagnetic clutch and brake system, and this section can be controlled along, easy operation;
3. the height of the pressing wheel can be adjusted; suitable for 2-10mm thickness of carton board;
4. linking action with folding section, speed is adjusted by VFD, feeding speed: 0-150 sheet/min;
5. the positions of the front baffle and the feeding belts can be adjusted;
2)gluing and folding section
1. the main motor is VFD speed adjustment; without noise, flexible speed adjustment, stability;
2. imported transportation belts;
3. stainless steel glue wheel;
4. there are paperboard and creasing correction devices;
5. paperboard specification: max. 1200X2400mm, min. 300X800mm;
6. high advanced edge alignment device, servo motor drive, PLC control, having patent right;
C. Count and ejector
1. PLC and touch screen digital control, can input parameters without stopping the machine; automatic counting and stacking;
2. having stacking ordering function;
3. pneumatic counting and stacking;
4. carton delivered by bottom belt and top synchronous pressing belt; pile height: 8-25 pcs of carton sheets;
5. separate VFD stacking speed adjusting 0-140m/min
