1. When can I get the quotation ? 

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority. 

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality? 

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality counter display. 
If you need the samples, we will expost the sample for free. But because of chinese customs regulations, we can't export to foreign country, if you have  test agency in china , we can expost sample to the agency for free.

3. What kind of files do you accept for printing?

PDF, Core Draw, high resolution JPG 

4. Can you do the speically type product for us ?

Yes. We have enough adequate technical and production capacity to meet your request .

5. How long can I expect to get the sample? 

After you provide agency address and which product what you produced. We will export sample in one week.

6. What about the after-sales services? 

Honestly, We can change the product for free if there is something wrong with our products in quality.

7. What is your terms of delivery? 

We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
