Q:What is your main products ?
A:Our main products focus on sprayers and cosmetic packaging,
such as trigger sprayer,lotion pump, bottles,jars and so on.
Q: How to receive a price quotaion in the shortest time?
A: When you send us an enquiry, please kindly provide all the details,
such as model number, product size, tube length, color, order quantity
and packaging requirements.
We will send you a quotation within 12 hours.
Q:How about the sample?
A:We can provide free samples, but the freight for express is on buyer's account.
Q:What is the normal lead time?
A: For common design, we will send goods to you within 45 days
after we receive your 30% deposit.
For OEM products, we will send goods to you within 60 days
after we receive your 30% deposit.
Q:If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
A: If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures
from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days
after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of the container.
We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim
from the samples or pictures you present. Finally we will completely compensate
all your loss.
