Slim 2.5 ~ 8 inch Round Ceiling LED Panel Lights
The MBA series LED panel lights feature stamped one-piece construction and ultra-slim appearance with thickness 11.5mm, seamlessly embedded into ceiling installation. Low profile, lightweight and compactness enable easy installation, wiring and free of maintenance. Efficacy above 100lm/W and 5-year lifespan create exceptional energy-saving results. Models include 2.5”, 3”, 3.5”, 4”, 5”, 6” and 8” with wattage ranging from 3W to 24W. Unique design enhances productivity, saves costs in manufacture and materials and eventually results in the highest cost-effectiveness of its kind. The MBA series LED panel lights can be widely used for interior decorations and lightings in home, office, shop, hotel and more applications.

Q: In the TDA series LED down lights, how are the high quality and low cost so perfectly realized?
A: They come out of the unique design.
Firstly, the stamping process of the structure is much more productive than traditional manufacturing technique, and saves materials and energy.
Secondly, the simple construction simplifies assembly and wiring, thus minimizing the production cost.
Thirdly, the structure consists of very few number of pieces. The one-piece construction creates structural strength and shortens heat path.
Q: The TDA series LED down light feels somewhat lightsome, so I am a bit concerned about the cooling effectiveness.
A: According to thermal physics, heat dissipation is dependent of and heat radiating area, instead of the weight of the media.
The TDA series LED down light has a press-formed structure that has not only high thermal conductivity but also maximum heat radiating area. Moreover, the M-PCB is directly riveted onto the structure, resulting in the shortest possible heat path and lowest thermal resistance.
