Product Features:

Where to use:

Tile grouting of Indoor and outdoor wall and floor;
Tile grouting of mosaic tile, paper brick, ceramic masaic;
Can be used for the grouting of kitchen, bathroom, swimming pool and other damp places.

Surface Preparation:

All spacers must be removed from joints;
Ensure joints are clean and free from excess adhesive;
The depth of the grout joint should be at least half its width;
Do not grout until thw tiling has set firmly;
Dampen the joints with water ( not wet ) before grouting to avoid dehydration.

Mixing:

The mixd material is usable for up to 2 hours at 23℃ and 50% relative humidity.

The mixing ratio is 1 : 4 ( water: powder );
Add the powder to water in a clean container and mix to a thick creamy consistency.
Sitr the mix at a low speed to avoid air entrapment.
Grout may be restirred occasionally but do not add additional water.

Application:

Prior to grouting , it is advisable to check the ease of cleaning with tiles that have a textured matt surface;
Work grout diagonally into the joints using a rubber squeegee. Grout small areas at a time.
Compact the grout firmly into the joints, minimising the amount left on the tile surface.
Allow grout to firm up in the joint, i.e. the grout joints is no longer wet/glossy.
Remove excess grout from the surface of the tiles with a damp, small-pored sponge frequently in clean water.
Use a minimum amount of water when cleaning the tile surface and smoothing the joint, so as to minimise water float shade variation, efflorescence and shrinkage.
When the grout has sufficiently hardened in the tile joints, polish the tile surface with clean dry cloth.

Cautions:

In warm conditions, keep the grouted joints damp with clean water after hardening begins to ensure correct hydration/curing.
Full traffic is possible after 24 hours ( at 23℃ and 50% relative humidity ). Allow longer for dense tiles/substrates, humid climates and low temperatures.
All tools should be cleaned with water immediately after use.
Stored at a clean, well-ventilated, cool and dry place in the original unopened packaging.
