Commen problems and soulutions of making complete windows and doors
1.doors and windows manufactures in the welding often encounter the problem of uneven welding,seriously affect the apperance.such are mainy caused by the following reasons
- a. Surface of press clamp that is front and back the pressure clamp welder is not in the horizontal plane,after adjusting ,welding problems of uneven can be solved.
- b. Profiles sections’s has error.
- c. No special welding profiling.
2.pvc profiles are cold britte and thermoplastic materials, showed greater resilience and cold brittleness when the temperature is too cold .Fillet weld cracking in the proessing of making PVC windows and doors, a common problem during use ,causing cracking fillet’s reason is more complicated ,not only because of the quality of profile itself ,but more importantly is subject to proessing,installation and using with excessive proess resulting abnormal stress and irrational proesses.
Here we only propose ideas to mitigate and prevent cracking to as your reference.
- a. Improve the welding shop ambient temperature,the ambient tempture remains is above 15 ℃,profiles must be stored for more than 24 hours also.
- b. A narrow clearance angle control the depth of weld groove,the depth is generally 0.3-0.5mm,0.2mm wall thickness of several profiles should be controlled to be below 0.3mm.
- c. Note that clean way for the layering slot slag at the fillet weld :can’t make sharp knife marks here,avoid it gets stress concentration.
- d. Note the expected length of aluminum rails and glass layering.
3.how to improve the weld strength
- a. Profile cutting surfaces should be smooth ,there should not be chipping gap phenomenon.
- b. Ensure that the cutting angle is 45 degree and the profiles of cutting profile surface and bottom surface is the vertical.
- c. To ensure accuracy of cutting ,control the size in ±1mm.
- d. To improve the quality of welded plates.
- e. Check the welding plate and the positioning plate position.
- f. Should choose weld quality cloth material with high-strength,heat-resistant,heat-resistant,heat easily,not essy to stick.
- g. Check,weather the clamp pressure welding inspection platform’s front and back surface are in a horizontal plane.
- h. Control docking extrusionamount.
- i. Set the correct welding parameters.
