Production Process
Blending the powders:
The blended powders include Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and the stabilizer, lubricant, processing improver, aging agent and colorant, these powders are mixed by automatic mixing device according to formula.
Cone screw tube extrusion:
The blended powders are automatically transfer into the charging spout and then compressed to shape by the cone screw tube and the mold.
Finalizing the shape:
The parison is made by mold that designed in vacuum cooling device.
Traction:
Setting and adjusting the traction speed according to the speed of extrusion.
Cutting:
The length of profile is cutted as customers’ requirements and the protective film is automatically pasted.
Inspection:
Each UPVC/PVC profile is strictly inspected based on China National Standard or your required standard.
Package:
UPVC/PVC profiles are packed into plastic bags, the bags are binded by sticky tapes. It is suitable for long distance sea transportation, and we can also pack as per customers' requirements.
Loading Container:
We have experienced sea forwarders, they can guarantee the cargo delivered safely and punctually.
Packaging:
Pvc profile is packed by plastic film/as your requirement is suitable for long distance sea delivery.
Shipping:
