EverGrow warrants that our products are free of defects for a period of 15months. We will repair or at our option replace any product that is defective. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and defective components.
It does not cover damage caused by abuse, moisture damage or water.
Service Term:
1. Your Emails will be replied in 24 hours except Weekends and Holidays.

Normally, the process of checking LED GROW LIGHT is as follows:
1. Functioning Test: Outlook, Individual package, On/Off, Brightness, Current drain.
2. Reliability test, All product will go through 24 hours Burn-In test
3. Sampling life test (50,000hrs)
