how do we make pallet mould

analysis:

after recieving product design of sample from customer, we hold a meeting with relevant departments to do analysis and discusion about whether there is any feature in the design which could cause tooling problem in injection process problem, such as de-moulding angle, strenth, cavity filling, deforming, thickness, texture etc. after this, we make the mould-flow analysis.if there is any question or problem, we contact customer for any changes.

design:

all related designers and engineers will be gathered to dicuss the design of pallet mould , when all technical points will be brought up for discusion, such as pallet mould steel, pallet mould basic structure, pallet material and its MFI, customer's specific and individual requirements, customer's machine parameters, as well as components machining process.

inspection

after the pallet mould design is approved, the mould design inspector will review the functionality of the pallet mould design, such as : pallet mould structure inspection, mould action and guiding system inspection, mould injection and runner system inspection, mould cooling system inspection, mould ejection system inspection, and easy damage area inspection.

mould building

to make sure of  the mould steel, we use scan device to check if there is any crack or impurity in the mould steel, and hardness measurer to check if the steel hardness is of required and even.

we do three stages CNC machining to the cavity and core steel, rough milling, half precision machining and high precision and speed milling, during the process, we keep constant noticing of and deformity of the steel.

during mould fitting and assembly process,  our quality control department will keep close inspection, to prevent problem happening which will decrease mould quality and delay delivery time.
