Provided you need a real sample base on your artwork to check the quality,the set up cost is required to get a sample for free,please see our suggestion as below:
1.we make a dummy sample (without printed)for you to check the paper quality,amd print the digital proof(with different material)
base on your artwork to check the color.
2.we can provide our existing products for you to check the quality.
Regarding to the freight cost,we will absorb the cost to deliver the sample to any place,while the cost of international express would be covered by the customer.
To send the sample or good via express,you can check the cost on the website of express company,but we suggest sending via the agency of express,the cost will be cheaper (the angency can provided a cost of US$50 to sent a sample ,for the cost of shipment by sea,please advise the destnation and we will check the cost for you .
Mass production lead time
It depends on what kind of product and quantity you order,take the package box for example ,it will take 7-10days to make 2000-5000pcs,so we can finish your order within one month.
