Cling films made from our PIB master batch are most economical and the quality of the film coverage increases on stretching. The loading of PIB master batch varies from 3% to 8% depending upon the type of the film plant (Blown or Cast Line) installed.
We suggest the following addition level based on the test results from outdoor weathering tests and from practical experience :
Blown Film Application : 6 to 8 %
Cast Film Application : 3 to 4 %
The above dosages are for guidance only. Actual condition may vary from film to film, process to process and also upon the thickness of the film and its specific uses.
Package: Water-proof Bag & 25kg/bag
Storage : Be stored in a dry place with good ventilation,avoid duct pollution and moisture absorption.

1. What’s the price?
The price will be influenced by quantity, quality and so on. So pls. contact us to get a precise price.
2. How long is the turn around time?
The production time will depend on the quantity and the complexity of the filler masterbatch. Normally it takes 2 days for one 20 feet container
The shipping time if by express delivery is usually in 3-7 days. If by sea, to North American east, in 15-20 days usually, to North American west in 21-28 days.To Australia, around 15 days. To Europe, around one month.
3. How do I get a sample?
If stock sample filler, it is for free. If customized sample, it need sample fee.
4. What’s the shipping freight?
It will depend on the volume and weight of the materials . Pls. tell us the nearest seaport or airport,
we can quote you specially.
