            Product application process effect

          Because of the electromagnetic stirring accelerates heat release, change the way the melt flow, can effectively inhibit the growth of the columnar crystal, make the equiaxed grain size. Change the configuration of precipitated phase at the same time reduce macrosegregation and microsegregation, increase the crystal nucleus, grain size, uniform temperature, let solidification in larger volume range at the same time the effect of refining grain increased, in the process of crystallization to stir is more meaningful. By electromagnetic stirring, the chemical composition of the whole furnace melt relative deviation can be controlled within 10%.

             Can greatly shorten the melting time

          Electromagnetic stirring needn't open the oven door, reduce the heat loss, improved the burner combustion power. Shorten the heating time and the melting time, reduce the oxide slag formation, greatly improve the efficiency of the furnace. A large number of application data shows, as a general rule, electromagnetic stirring can shorten the melting time is more than 20% about no electromagnetic stirring, can reduce the 10%~15% fuel consumption, can improve 15%~30% productivity.

          Because of the electromagnetic stirring, can in a short time under the condition of liquid and meet the process requirements, and stir fully, can significantly reduce molten metal drops in the slag layer in the package, shortening the time of liquid exposed to the air, so as to improve the recovery efficiency of metal, the decrease of slag roughly in about 15% ~ 30%.

          Greatly shorten the temperature and composition of the uniform time, and improve overall uniformity.
