Barrel type electromagnetic pump is established on the principle of linear motor, the structure of it is specific. The coil winding pass to different phase of the change of electric current, when two phase inversion, the magnetic field will move to the opposite direction, by adjusting the intensity of magnetic field to control the fluid velocity. The coil structure mainly is three-phase multi-layer coil structure and single solenoid structure. The cascading around more makes high power efficiency. Winding adopts forced water cooling way, including with insulating ring stainless steel water flange, stay and good insulation, this structure shall ensure that the axial pressure. Electromagnetic pump winding has six circuits, through the two main water system provide pump body in and out of the water. The inlet pipe has six nodes, the outlet pipe has six nodes. Each loop has cooling protection, when the temperature reaches 75 °C, each of the water loop by the movements of the overheat switch for overheating protection, after the cooling water temperature lower half will automatically restored.

Aluminium electromagnetic pump is based on the principle of linear motor. Electromagnetic pump has no mechanical moving parts, simple structure, good sealing, reliable operation, and don't need shaft seal, so in chemical, printing industry used to transport some toxic heavy metals, such as mercury, lead, etc. Used in nuclear power and nuclear fusion device transmit the molten nonferrous metals (sodium and potassium, sodium potassium alloy, lithium lead), more widely used in metallurgy transport molten nonferrous metal casting production. The flow rate can reach 13000 m/h, the pressure can reach 1.5 MPa, temperature is 1200 °C.
