Direct to garment printer is a new generation of high-tech digital printing machine. The machine has continuous ink supply system. It can print out high definition image; the ink we used is waterproof, sun proof, abrasion resistant and will never fade.
Simple operation, fast printing speed, low cost and widely used.
Put the material directly on the flatbed and then it will be printed easily just like printing on the paper. No need of plate making, with special ink/coating, you can print on wood,board,wood block,wood board,wood block, etc.
We have several types of this Digital flatbed printer, the main difference is the printing format size.

Light color t-shirt:
1. Edit the picture on computer.
2. Heating t-shirt for smooth.
3. Spray pre-treatment.
4. Position the t-shirt on platform.
5. Choose and edit photo on computer.
6. Start printing.
7. Heating the t-shirt for fast drying.
Dark color t-shirt(need white ink)

6.Printing white ink firstly(use RIP software).
