(11) In summer: when supply air temperature ≤ 17,the spring moves out with the shrinkage of temperature sensitive device, and the thrust of the supply air will push the blades to the summer condition.
(12) In winter: when supply air temperature ≥ 27,the spring shrinks with the full movement of temperature sensitive device, and that will push the blades to winter condition.
(13) For fresh air: when supply air temperature is about 22,the spring starts to shrink with the small movement of temperature sensitive device, and with the thrust of the supply air will push the blades to the summer condition.
