1.Product Property
Ampelair FRP Translucent Sheet is a kind of natural lighting product supporting the use of steel structure, has the similar function of frequently-used glass, mainly used in roof light, it may have the shape of wave and profiled steel sheet, belonging to Fiber Reinforced Plastics. It has special properties: Anti-cursh, easy to install, etc. FRP Sheet lighting is astigmatic and soft, with high light transmittance, can effectively block most UV. FRP Sheet is flammable, in case of fire it can burn quickly, and discharge smoke to redcue fire casualties, no burning drops when it burned, can effectively protect the safety of on-site personnel.

Function: Strong Anti-UV,Strong Corrosion Resistance,Strong Self-Cleaning,Strong Aging Resistance,Strong Chalking Resistance,High Light Transmittance.

(1)External Layer Dupont Meline*301 Film.
(2)Fiberglass.
(3)Ashland Fortified Resin.

1)Coating: Surface is filmed with 20 microns Dupont Melinex 301 Film.
2)Resin: Special unsaturated polyester resin G299C/ET2139/GSJ9119,etc.
3)Fiberglass: Fiberglass OCV/JUSH/CPIC, etc. At least 22% fiberglass on the sheet.
4)Weight: 1800g/ m²,2400g/m²,3050g/m2, tolerance±10%
5)Thickness: Equivalent to 1.2mm,1.5mm,2.0mm, tolerance±15%.
6)Light Transmission: 2400g/ m²: 75 % (Light Blue), 65 % (Opal).
7)Heat Transmission: 2400g/ m²: 71% (Light Blue), 61% (Opal).
8)Operating Temperature: Between -40°C to +120°C.
9)Thermal Expansion: 2.6×10-5cm/cm/°C.
10)Anti Ultraviolet: More than 99%.
11)Warranty Period: 20 Years.
