Product Introduction
Heat transfer leather film is undergo a process of mulitcoating (release layer, protective layer, color layer, etc.), vacuum aluminium coating, and hot-melt adhesives. Through the heating and pressing ,the shiny color coating entirely transferred to the surface of various synthetic leather (PU, PVC, TPU..), nature leather, fabric, and so on.With great flexibility and high maetallic gloss, leather transfer film is widely used on the shoes material, cases, bags, costume and leather products.
Specification : 12 mic or 15mic× 1.4m × 1000m
Application : Entire Transfer Film on genuine or synthetic Leather, PU, TPU, PVC,and Fabric
Capability and characteristic:
1. Strong toughness, no crack,There is no impact to the surface of the leather aftaer laminating
but to be a look with high metallic gloss and improve the grade and quality of product accordingly .
2. Transfer film posses diversified colors, such as gold, silver, red, blue, green, purple,
brown, and so on, totally more than 300 colors selection, and transfer film can be very
firmly attached on the bottom leather, durable, and hard to fade.
3. The transfer process is simple and environmentally-friendly . Through the lamination
machine, heating (120 0C), and pressing can reach the effect of changing the color and
feature of the leather surface, without the volatile solvents or residual pollution, no
harm and side effect to the human beings.
4. The main ingredients of the transfer coating layer is PU resin system. The transfer film
is non-toxic, tasteless, and could reach the perfect combination with the leather. The
transfer film can be used directly for leather printing, embossing, laminating process
due to its good printing and temperature adaptability.
