Q1. What's your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?
1a. For stock items, MOQ of 5pcs is acceptable;
1b. For customized items,MOQ is 300pccs per model with 100pcs each color of dial or plating.
Q2. Why is the MOQ 300pcs?
In fact 1000pcs each of components such as case, band,movement holder.ect.is requested to cover the yield loss and we bear most of it with us.
Q3. Can I order less quantity than MOQ?
We accept small quantity for stock item as 5pcs up; and for items w/o stock, we will consider combile your order along with other customers'.
Q4. Can I get watch sample to check quality?
4a. For stock item, sample will be provided as FREE with transportation fee on collolection.
4b. For new tool up samples, sample fee would be needed & refunded after placing bulk order with MOQ.
Q5. How would you control your watches quality?
5.1. 30% of the incoming materials checked, if defective rate is over 3%, 100% inspection is taken.
5.2. Trial-produce: before mass production, 100-200pcs assembled as a test to find out the key points need to pay attention to during mass assembly with notice and meeting informing production line leader.
5.3. Mass production: semi-production-QA will do casual inspection to check if there is any irregular assembly problems.
5.4. Watch head production: semi-production-QA do 100% full check on the functions and appearance of the watch heads.
5.5. Water proof test: 100% water test on watch heads
5.6. Attach the band to the watch heads
5.7. Time acuracy test & burning-in for 24 hours up according to related construction and instruction.
5.8. Finished production QC take 100% test on functions and appearance.
5.9. Do cleaning and packing of watches.
Q6. What is your WARRANTY:
6.1. Our watches come with a One Year Warranty. The Warranty covers defects due to faulty material or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use.
6.1a) glass, bands, straps, or clasps;
6.1b) damage (including water damage) as a result of normal wear and tear, lack of proper care, and accidents.
6.2. In case of defects covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the watch free of charge. Except for the band or clasp, the warranty becomes void in the event that servicing or repairs are carried out by anyone other than a qualified master watchmaker.
