Three stage hydrated lime production line is mainly used to slake the quicklime for hydrated lime power/paste and make the light calcium carbonate is the most important machines, so our three stage lime slaker is very popular because it has following steps, and our advantages are following:

The crushed and weighed quicklime from the constant weight feeder enters the three-stage lime hydrator where water is mixed with the quicklime in the required proportions to achieve complete hydration. According to different process requirements, it is able to make serous fluid become different sized hydrated lime powder by the air separator.
Principles and advantages of three-stage hydrated lime production line
1. Three stage reaction with water distribution
The hierarchical & scientific distribution of water can make the calcium oxide to be fully pre-hydrated. After contacting with reasonable water in the first stage reaction chamber, the mixture enters into the second stage. This process is the best time for hydrating. When entering into the third one, hydrated lime is already semi-dry state. Three stage hydrator can finally make the calcium completely become the fluffy powder. And the entire reaction process just needs 8-15 minutes.
2.Time control
It will control the time of reacting water and calcium oxide, fully hydrating just needs 8-15 minutes.
3 Insulation function
Hydrator has good insulation function. As we all know, temperature may influence the rate of chemical reaction. The unique design makes it possible to reuse the vast heat which generated from the reaction inside the hydrator. It will raise the inner temperature to 60 degrees by only 3-5 minutes and make the calcium oxide to be fully hydrated.
4 Feeding process control
To pour the needed materials into the first-stage reaction chamber, screw feeder plays a extremely vital use for preventing hot steam and dust flowing back into the screw feeder, otherwise that will affect the accuracy of sensor.
5. Remove dust to keep clean and healthy
