I:overview
ZWJK Frame-type High-speed downward Rewinder, is used for slitting the first-rolled original paper roll, rewinding it to the finished paper roll which comply with the width and tightness demand.
The machine has two types. Facing with the paper-out side, if the drive part is on the right side, then it is right-hand machine, vice versa. The customer can choose the type according to personal demand.

III:structure sketch
The machine mainly consists of frame, supporting roll, slitting part (circular knife device, bottom knife roll), slitting paper lifting device, stock form core, paper pushing device, sheet fed device, unreeling stand, main drive, brake, speed reduction, hydraulic station, control panel, motor, etc..
1:supporting roll device:
Mainly it has driving roll and paper laying roll. The diameter is 420mm,Through the speed ,the motor drive the driving roll as well as other machine part.

2:frame:
Front column, back column, beam composes the frame-type structure. It has good rigidity and high strength. It can assure safety work under high working speed. The guiding rail is installed on the frame. The slitting paper lifting device, paper roll core, and the layer board can slide along the guiding roll up and down.

3:stock form holding device:
The stock form holding core is installed on the layer board, slide along the guiding rail with the layer board, and receive the balance through the balance weight inside the back column. The stock form is made up of hand wheel, screw, nut, inner shaft sleeve, ratchet wheel, and latch. Pull out the latch, rotate the hand wheel, can receive the stretch of the ejection core. Put down the latch, then the ejection core is locked, can locate the ejection core.

4:slitting device:
The device is made up of lower circular knife, upper circular knife, upper circular knife beam, lower circular knife beam, gear, supporting paper roll etc..
The lower circular knife consists of beam, straight line rail, layer board, motor, circular knife stand, circular knife, gear, etc.. The outer diameter of the circular knife is Ø200, 3pcs. Each circular knife is driven by one motor. When adjust the slitting width, pull the hand shank, loose the briquetting, then rotate the hand wheel, gear, let the lower circular knife move crosswise along the beam’s straight rail. When it is on the required position, then pull the hand shank; fasten the lower circular knife on the bottom knife beam.
