1.How to clean?
Wash it in warm water and dry with paper towel,never use detergent to clean,as it will break the pre-seasoned coating;Aviod putting hot cast iron into cold water,cause this will wrap or crack the finish;To remove the sticky food,use spoon;For metallic taste,wash it in sopay water then reseason the item;
2.How to season?
This is a very simple process,just pre-heat the oven to 250-300 degree,use a brush or cloth to coat the item with vegetable oil,put it on the oven and bake for a while,20-30minutes recommened.
3.How to store?
Keep it away from children,store it in a cool dry place.
