Wood sourcing & storing →peeling→cutting→selecting & grading→drying→core veneer splicing grading of veneer surface-→veneer machine joint→gluing→cold pre-pressing→hot pressing→trimming→sanding→grading→hot pressing with wood veneer covered→sawing/cutting→QC.selecting→edge sealing→packing→loading or storing in warehouse
Packing details
1-bottom is pallet, covered with 0.2mm plastic film, around is carton or plywood,
strengthen by steel or iron 3*6
2-Bulk package/loose package.
