PP fiibermesh introduction:

 

Fibermesh is also called Net Fiber.It is a kind of 100% polypropylene item made from non-recycled raw materials.Its initial status is bunching mesh(5-8small sheaves per bunching)every small sheaf forms net shape after spreading out.While the mixing begins,it easily forms initial even distribution through mixing..In the process of mixing,every small sheaf fiber forms net shape after it is rushed by auxiliary materials,and the cement covers every net thread.In the wake of mixing,the net thread is torn to change ever distribution of single thread shape.The ever distribution of the fibermesh is called“two time distributed method”.It guarantees that the fiber must be definitely equable in concrete.If increasing 0.9kg of fibermesh to every cubic meter of the concrete,there are more than seven million fibers to form the distribution of the 3-D cubic status.And they intertwine to form net and affect each other to improve the character of the concrete.

Function:

 

Polypropylene fiber mesh, as the filling material of concrete, has the properties of good dispersibility, resistance to acid and alkali. The main functions are:

1. Increase the crack resistance of concrete;

2. Increase the seepage retansisce of concrete;

3. Increase the freezing & thawing resistance of concrete;

4. Increase the impact resistance of concrete;

5. Increase the durability resistance of concrete;

6. Increase the fire resistance of concrete;

7. Increase the tensile strength and bending strength of concrete;

8. Increase the plastic deformation ability of concrete.

 

Use instruction:

 

1. Mixing amount: 1-10 kg/m³ for concrete or mortar according to your request.

 

2. Stirring requirement: It is no need to change the proportion of cement, sand and aggregate. Put the sand, aggregate and fiber into the blender and start to stir for 30 seconds around. Then put cement and water into the blender and continue to stir for 30 seconds around in order to make the fibers mixed fully. If the fiber has not been evenly dispersed into monofilament, the time for stirring can be prolonged properly.
