The material produced:

Carbon steel is from the steel grade Q195,its yield strength is σs=195MPa,it is in accord with international standard ISO: HR2(σs195) and chinese standard GB/T 700: Q195

Technology of the mixing for steel fiber

1,To put steel fiber and mixing stuff into mixer to mix 30---60 seconds,the steel fiber will distribute equally in mixing stuff to avoid agglomerate.

2,Then to put sand and concrete into mixer to mix 30—60 senconds.

3,Finally to add water into the mixer to turn and mix 2-3minutes.

4,To tranport them to working place.

Safety

It is recommended that gloves and eye protection be used when handle or adding steel fiber to concrete.
