Twisted bundle PP fiber introduction:
With polypropylene as its raw material, twisted bundle PP fiber is produced by a special process through rough surface treatment and parallel thread extruding & twisting treatment. It has advantage of high strength, good dispersion, crack resistance, acid, alkali resistance and strong combining ability with concrete. It is widely used to instead of steel fibre to reinforce the cement concrete in modern world.

Function of twisted bundle PP fiber:
1. Decrease the fragility of high strength concrete;
2. Increase the quality of concrete;
3. Increase the freezing resistance of concrete;
4. Increase the impact resistance of concrete;
5. Increase the durability resistance of cncrete;
6. Increase the fire resistance of concrete.
Different length of Twisted PP Fiber:
Use instruction:
1. Mixing amount: 2.7kg/m³ for common use. 5.5kg/m³ for reinforcement requirement.
2. Stirring requirement: It is no need to change the proportion of cement, sand and aggregate.
Crushed stones, fibers, and sand are put into the blender in succession. Afetr stirring for 2 minutes, put the cement and water and stir until the fiber mixed completely.
Application Field:
1. The surface of road, bridge, runway and floor of the factory.
2. Wall and roof of the tunnel and mine.
3. Dam, river, bridge pier, dock and military protection facilities.
