Brief Introduction
This fully automatic counting and packing machine adopts the advanced PLC and photoelectric control system, touch screen in both Chinese and English, and automatic completion of measuring, bag making, filling, sealing, cutting and printing codes.
This machine is a combined packing equipment, one part is for counting and filling with 1-4 vibration filling plates according to customers’ specific needs, and customer can use one, two, three separately; the other part is for making bags and finish the packing part.
This machine can be used to pack foods, electric parts, and small hardware, etc, such as candies, peanuts, pills, troches, capsules, tablets, small biscuits, and other irregular products like nails, bolts, nuts, electric parts, etc.
Features:
1. adopts the advanced PLC and photoelectric control system, touch screen in both Chinese and English, and automatic completion of measuring, bag making, filling, sealing, cutting and printing codes.
2. adopts the stainless steel 201 for the machine's mainframe, and stainless steel 304 for the parts touching supplies, which has a very good effect of anti-rusting, so guarantee the products clean and sanitary, and also greatly prolong the machine's life-span.
