1. Q: What is tinplate? Are printed tins safe for food?
A: Tinplate is the steel electrolytically coated with a fine layer of tin for tin protective purposes. Tinplate is a highquality safe packaging material for food items. such as cookies candies, chocolate, etc. A food grade lacquer is coated on the inside of the tin to prevent corrosion and interaction of the tin with the food product and thus make it suitable for food storage.

2.Q: Can I get a price list ?
A: We do not provide a list to our customers. All items are quoted individually. As we know, the price can be effected by several factors, such as material thickness, product shape, size, order quantity, print colors, etc. Also, the material prices can change constantly. Please tell us your requirements and we shall find the best solution for you.

3.Q:What are CMYK & RGB?
A: In offset printing "Four color" and "Full color" mean the same thing. "Full color" represent the four primary printing colors, Cyan(C), Magenta(M), Yellow(Y), and Black/Key(K), also known as CMYK. Your computer scgreen and in most programs are likely formatted in RGB color space (Red, Green, and Blue).
In offset printing you can not use RGB formatted and must cover it to CMYK. Please understand a color shift will occur in doing so. CMYK cannot reproduce RGB exactly the same and may need to be adjusted after the conversion.

4.Q:What about the lead time for mass production?
A:Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The best record we keep is delivering 20,000 gift boxes within a week. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
