Hose reel boom irrigation is turbine-driven machines designed for fully mechanized and labor-saving irrigation.
The main characteristic is lower pressure, water and energy saving, lower intensity, better atomization, smaller influence by wind, it is widely used for large wind area and low economic crops which has higher atomization requirement.

Operation steps:
1. Put the hose reel irrigation machine on the end of the field.
2. Pull PE pipe and sprinkler car to the other of field by tractor.
3. When water reaches certain working pressure, spray gun or cantilever starts sprinkling. Meanwhile, main machine using water pressure through water turbine, gear box and other drive system producing mechanical kinetic energy drives the reel.
4. When sprinkler car moves back with designed speed when reel rotating, sprinkling while walking until the irrigation finish.
5. When sprinkler car moves to main machine, it can be lifted and fixed into main machine.
6. Cut the water source, and moves to another field & restart irrigation.
Boom parameter:
1.Water Turbine
Water turbine is the heart of the whole machine parts, it is the power-drive system of machine, also can regulate water flow, ensure PE tube recovery speed uniform.
2. Oriented device
It can effectively guarantee the reliability of the reversing, can ensure PE pipe safely and orderly arrangement in the winch. And guide walk uniform, no card hysteresis, completely solved the problem of oriented mechanism reversing difficult, improve the accuracy of speed adjustment.
3. Gear box
Multi-functional gear box is the control system of whole machine, this system can realize the clutch, brake, variable speed, fast and safe recovery of transmission system.
4. Frame and winch
It can rotate 360°, make the sprinkler car to work on different orientation field, reduce the machine movement frequency, and increase the reclamation index.
5. PE pipe
Our PE pipe is made of special polyethylene material, of which technical indicators have reached the international advanced level. By durability test in different country's climatic condition, its expected service life is more than 15 years.
6. Automatic speed governing device
By a complete set of connecting rod structure, it can adjust the opening of casing tongue of water turbine, achieving infinitely variable speed of water turbine, ensuring PE pipe to maintain a constant speed among different layers.
To adopt hose reel irrigation machine works well, our company specially developed a series of water pump. It has such features as compact structure, smooth operation, energy-saving significantly, high efficiency, easy assemble and so on. Water pump flow rate and head can meet the working pressure and requested water flow. It can use the motor or diesel engine as driving force.
Packaging details:
1. For 50-150Tx, can be shipped by LCL.
2. For 75-300Tx, 2 sets in a 20GP, and 5 sets in a 40HQ.
3. For 75-400Tx and 90-300Tx, 4 sets in a 40HQ.
