A. Feathers and Function:
1. Much smaller & lighter by comparison to the transformer welding machine; its medium frequency inverter transformer inside is much lighter than the traditional transformer; in total, its weight is only within a range from 1/5 to 1/10 of the weight of the transformer welding machine, and around 1/3 of the transformer welding machine in volume;
2. High efficiency and energy savings; due to a much smaller volume, the raw materials of copper and steel needed are much less consumption, and there is much less non-contribution energy consumption while current runs through; its power usage efficiency is up to 80 – 85%, its power factor is up to 0.93; and the energy consumption saving is up to 1/3 in total by comparison to the transformer welder.
3. Digital display, current & voltage preset function.
4. Continuous adjustment function of the welding current & voltage with a sufficient wide adjustment range.
5. Capable of forming a good seam shape in the opposite side while making a backing weld.
6. Adapted an instant wire feeding circuit design, much more stable in wire feeding by comparison to the traditional instant voltage wire feeding mode, capable of achieving highly stable wire feeding within the full range of current adjustment.
7. Highly stable during the welding process with soft & smooth melted drop transferring so as to assure a nice and smooth seam shape.
8. Built-in a unique electronic inductance, capable of precisely control the short-cut melted drop transfer and the mixed transfer processes as well; capable of precisely changing the status of arc stiffness through adjusting the knob of electronic inductance to meet the different characteristic requirements according to the users’ different requirements.
