We don't set MOQ limitation for neutral product order. If you request for branding, pls contact us for cost and MOQ.
Q2. Any reminder for testing the power bank quality ?
Firstly, pls use standard home charger to recharge the power bank. If you recharge it by PC or laptop USB port, it takes almost double time to fully recharge it.
Secondly, when your first testing, it needs 2-3 times charging & recharging to get the real capacity of the battery cell.
Q3. What battery brand do you use for power bank ?
Our regular battery cell suppliers are Samsung, Changjiang, Zhuoneng, ATL etc.
Q4. What kind of printing methods can you offer for logo branding ?
We may offer 3D color printing / silk printing / laser engrave printing etc. services.
Q5. What's the warranty policy of your power banks ?
We offer one year warranty for our powe bank product.
For the confirmed warranty case, we'll arrange replacement items coming with next order.
