2) .After determine it is our pen's quality problem,we can exchange your same style freely;
3). Freight is charged by the buyer.

Can I make sample?

 color logo printing or laser, it's US$50, and it'll be returned when you order.

How many time will the products be finished?

.Sample time:3-5days

Mass production time :15-20 days

1. 30% deposit in advance, 70%balance before shipment.
