Unit price setting: Set unit price in the machine, it will show "8", that is means USD 8 per how many minutes or an hour, press "+"/"-" to increas or reduce

Mininum Account Time: Set in the machine, it will show "30", that is means every 30 minutes will take into charg, you could set in by 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 40, minutes, even 60 minutes, perss "+"/"-" to increase or reduce

Rounding setting: Set in the machine, it will show "20", that means more 20 minutes will take into charge, less than 20 minutes will not charged

For  example: USD 8/ 30 Minutes, rounding is 20 minutes, 50 minutes will cos USD16; on the otherhand, 49 minutes will cost only USD8, 19 minutes will not take into account.
