Coming with one main printer and several auciliary units, this milti-functional screen printing line is a fully automated assembly for multi color printing on round and flat products, varying from one to 6 color.
Being a collection of auto feeding, flame treatment, auto alignment, automatic screen printing, UV curing, this equpment is the best choice for printing cylindrical or oval containers in mass production with its advantags like high printing speed, fine and stable printing quality.
Functions:
-The combination of feed limiting device, positive and negative scanner, workpiece picking manipulators adjusts simultaneous feeding direction and position.
-Flame surface treatment, auto alignment, auto printing, and auto UV curing achieves the full auotmation of the printing line.
-Various auto sensing functions: sensors realize " printing stop with lack of workpiece", alarm for too low air pressure.
