Sanrong CPCE Capacity Regulator for refrigeration and air conditioning system
Hot Gas Bypass Regulator / Pressure Regulating Valve / Discharge Bypass Valve / Compressor Discharge Valve
CPCE servo-operated capacity regulators is used to adapt compressor capacity to actual evaporator load. They are installed in a bypass line between the low and high pressure sides of the refrigeration system, for hot gas injection between evaporator just after expansion valve.
Compatible to all CFC, HCFC and HFC refrigerants
Avoid high suction superheats by combining hot gas injection with expansion valve characteristics
Protect against too low an evaporating temperature to avoid evaporator icing
Superior control accuracy of evaporator temperature independent of the load
Avoid the coarse on-off temperature control, and keep the system running continuously
