PP-1and PP-2 oil-absorbing felt is a kind of oil-absorbing product made of non-weaved Polypropylene. It’s with the features of high ability of oil absorbing, non-deformation, easy collecting, applied to oil collecting on waters of sea, harbors and lakes and also to water cleaning process in factories and ships.

Strong pro-oil hydrophobic. Only oil-absorption, not water.

Applicable to different lipid with high accreting ability.

Absorbing oil within minutes, and with a maximum absorbing ability up to more than 10 times of its weight.

No deformation, fast oil-absorbing and pollution-free, no burning of toxic emissions.

Can be reused and stored for long time without deteroprating.

Easy storage, high-temperature resistance(melting point:165-170°C, used under 120°C) and can be reused. 


Products are mainly used for maritime, aviation, surface oil spill, or oil trucks & fuel tank leakage; and also for machinery, instruments on the workshop to improve the working environment and production safety

 

Can be redesigned according to customer’s requirement.

Package:   Wrapped with plain cloth, 20KG for each pack.

          Case-packed: 100 pieces for each package.
