What the details of our polyester microfiber wadding   ?

Micro Fiber batting was jointly developed by our company and the General Logistics Department of PLA. It is a new kind of high-grade thermal material, which is made of superfine polyester fiber, hollow fiber and ES fiber. It is packed after removing impurities and high temperature setting, and UV disinfection.
Micro Fibers are ten times thinner than normal fibers which mean that our heat insulation materials can keep more air so that they have better heat insulation efficiencies. Simultaneously, it also indicates that more fibers can be put into the same space, which allows the wadding to retain more heat radiated from human body than the ordinary fibers.
